Our Kitchen Philosophy is No Secret
Our kitchen philosophy is no secret: regional, seasonal, and creative! The finest ingredients, prepared gently and served with love on your plate. It simply tastes delicious!
Örtlerhof Indulgence Breakfast
After a restful and peaceful night, the wonderful aroma of coffee awaits you with Alps Coffee from South Tyrol, a selection of Teekanne teas and homemade herbal teas, crispy bread specialties from the Erb bakery in Merano, mueslis from the Schlössel mill, homemade jams, compotes and spreads, eggs from happy South Tyrolean hens, South Tyrolean speck from the Hofer butcher’s shop in the Passeier Valley, ham from Siebenförcher in Merano, cheese from local producers, and much more – the perfect way to start your holiday!
Örtlerhof Indulgence Dinner
Our kitchen team spoils you with a 4-course menu (for the main course, we also offer a vegetarian alternative). Crisp salads and fresh vegetables come from local farmers, while herbs and fruit are harvested directly from our own garden. Mediterranean specialties and traditional South Tyrolean cuisine – all freshly prepared for you!
Once a week – on Fridays – our kitchen crew has a well-deserved day off. On this day, no dinner is served. Instead, we credit €15.00 per person/day and €6.00 per child/day (up to 14 years).
We do our best to accommodate all needs. We take allergies and intolerances into consideration as much as possible – please let us know when booking. Vegan cuisine does not fit our philosophy, as the main products of South Tyrolean cuisine (milk, cheese, eggs, speck, etc.) are an essential part of our daily menu planning.
Örtlerhof Wine List
Enjoy wonderful wines from our own wine cellar, from the Merano Winery, and from renowned winegrowers. Three varieties of wine are vinified directly at the Örtlerhof especially for you.
