The Fine Print

  • Cancellation Policy & Additional Information: 

    We charge cancellation fees according to Italian hotel accommodation contract law. The same conditions apply in the event of early departure.
    • Cancellation Conditions:
    • Up to 50 days before arrival: free of charge
    • 49 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the booking price
    • 14 days or less before arrival, late arrival, or early departure: 100% of the booking price minus €25 per full-paying person/day for half board.
    • Cancellations are unfortunate for both sides. It is a pity when rooms remain empty although others would have loved to come. Please inform us in good time.
    • Please note: For online bookings, the cancellation conditions of the respective booking portals apply.
    • Take advantage of the benefits offered by European Travel Insurance!

  • Prices & Included Service. Prices are per person and day and include half board, one parking space, use of the heated infinity pool, the small Rebstock Spa, the South Tyrol GuestPass, and our holiday extras. The local tourist tax (€2.90 per person/day from 14 years onward) is not included in the price. Your holiday begins on the day of arrival with the delightful Örtlerhof indulgence half board and ends on the day of departure with breakfast. On Fridays the kitchen team has a day off. No dinner is served on this evening. Instead, we deduct: €15 per adult/day €6 per child/day (up to 14 years). For package offers, only 6 half-board dinners are included. Packages can only be booked with half board. The longer you stay at Örtlerhof, the less you pay.

  • Arrival & Departure: Your room will be ready from 3:00 pm onwards. For arrivals after 6:00 pm, please let us know briefly. On the day of departure, the room is available until 10:00 am. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor, but we will do our best.

  • Additional Charges & Room Features: For stays shorter than 4 days, a surcharge of € 5 per person/day applies. All rooms are equipped with: shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, telephone, safe, satellite TV, balcony/terrace, minibar, partly air conditioning, partly wooden floors. If you decide not to take dinner (please inform us by 9:30 am), we refund: €15 per adult/day, €6 per child/day (up to 14 years). A carport parking space costs €10 per day. For the rooms “DZ Olive”, “DZ Gartenglück”, and “DZ Nuss Garten”, a carport is included.
  • Additional Services:

    • Give the gift of joy with an Örtlerhof voucher – ask us for details
    • For every recommendation, you receive a bonus of €4 per full-paying person/day. This holiday voucher can be redeemed during your next stay at Örtlerhof.
    • Free wireless internet access – fiber optic connection.
  • Dogs & Pets: Pets are welcome upon prior request and registration. Requirements: well-behaved, clean, and quiet. €25 per day without food. Please note the following rules: 
    • Please bring your pet’s own basket/bed.
    • Access to the sunbathing lawn is only permitted in designated areas.
    • Pets are not allowed in the dining room/terrace during meal times.
    • Please do not allow your pet to sleep in the bed.
    • If final cleaning is required, we charge €30.
  • Payment Information: According to Italian law, it is prohibited to accept more than €4,999.99 in cash. For cash payment on the day of arrival, we grant a 2% discount. For remaining or full payments, we accept:

    • Visa

    • Deposit for Reservation: To confirm your reservation, please transfer a deposit of €250 per room free of charge for the recipient to: Raiffeisenbank Tirol, SWIFT/BIC: RZSBIT21044, IBAN: IT44J0827859000000300204293. Guests from Switzerland are kindly requested to make “OUR” transfers. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. In the event of cancellation within the allowed period, the deposit remains credited for your next Örtlerhof holiday.
    • Please note: For online bookings, the deposit conditions of the respective booking portals always apply.
  • Travel Information: 
    • From Munich Central Station, the “Meraner Land Express” bus travels directly to Örtlerhof every Sunday and Wednesday.
    • Excellent flight connections with SkyAlps to Bolzano Airport, including shuttle service to Örtlerhof for €20 per person.
    • Guests arriving by train can travel free of charge from Brenner to Merano with regional trains and the South Tyrol GuestPass. We are happy to send you a QR code for your ticket.
    • All train travelers staying at least 7 days receive one free cable car ride to Hochmuth.
